TotalAV Antivirus kokemuksia [2025] – Hyvä Windowsille/Macille?

hecked my computer on 9th and once again no service, Rang them only to be told my account was suspended as I didn't pay. I explained that I had on four occasions on the 4th, 5th and twice on 7th. The reason I was suspended, was as I aware of their little scam of taking extra money out and had a block on them for any mor than the agreed amount. Nice little scam they have operating hoping customers won't check their accounts! Then contacting them again on 9th heard every excuse under the sun why they tried to scam me. Not only are the staff totally incompetent in the call centre, but half also can't even understand English as one asked me to repeat myself several times. Totally incompetent and customers deserve better. As for providing wonderful service, I got two viruses last year requiring me to pay $240 to have them removed, the same job total AV was charging me for but never delivered. When you ring you are given excuse after excuse meanwhile, they constantly lie and make excuses for trying to scam customers for extra money. Be very CAREFUL! They quote you one price and as soon as they have your card details deliberately take more money from your account. Once discovered they make excuses and then proceed to lie about their corrupt behaviour. Fraud at best! Meanwhile you call demanding to speak to a manager and they duck shove you from one person to another or say please wait then disconnect you, requiring you to call by 6 times like I had to do. If this company is honest about looking after customers, then sack half the useless call centre staff you have trying to extort extra funds out of customers' accounts or is this company policy to rip customers off and take money from customers' accounts, more than what they agree to? I see no other excuse for this behaviour then a deliberate attempt to scam customers. I am also aware I am not a one of as I know of others this has happened to. This company needs to have their business dealings with customers closely examined by authorities. This has now happened to me twice in two years, then they denied admitting they tried to take extra money from my account and once confronted with the truth that they had tried not once but three times, they then changed their lie and made another excuse. They try and baffle you with bullshit and lie to you to hide their deliberate attempt to scam you for more money. I see this as just one big scam carried out by people in a third world company hoping customers won't notice the extra charges, once confronted then go into damage control, lie and try and bullshit you over and over to justify their mistake, refusing to admit they ripped you off. Either individual staff, like " Shruti" "Alex Dann" and the numerous others I spoke to that I couldn't understand due to their language, are incompetent and deliberately trying to conceal ripping me off in a scam or there is a company policy to rip off unsuspecting customers with quoting them one price then deliberately trying to steal extra funds from their account. It's either one or the other. This company needs to be investigated for false advertising standards with the standard board and investigated for the nice little scam they have operating, taking out more money than agreed to, from customers bank accounts. I suggest all customers be very cautious of this company and their business principles and check your account for extra charges, as I did. They are known liars and their staff are totally incompetent. So regardless of how good a product is, if you need help ever and need to speak with someone reliable and competent, this is not that company. Spoke to over 8 people and all were useless and refused to put me through to management, said they had no complaints section, WTF?, refused to admit the truth when caught out lying, refused to admit they tried to take extra money from my account on three separate occasions, said they sent me emails when they didn't and told me the very same thing last year when they tried to illegally steal money from my account. Scam! Sent them numerous emails to which they never reply, and I think this company has a genuine culture to rip off unsuspecting customers by doing exactly what they did to me and others I know that have had similar dealings with them. Seriously, they should be done for false advertising and clearly anyone thinking they are "wonderful" has never been conned yet or realised they have been or had to deal with their totally useless call centre in India. Just a suggestion, maybe if you employed people in this country that could do the job and understand Australian customers concerns, people like me and the numerous others complaining, wouldn't be doing so! Sadly after 50 years of being involved in business this is by far the worst company, I have ever dealt with more so than any telecommunication company!
As I am now retired from the medical profession and work in radio, be assured I will be openly speaking about this nice little scam they have operating, on air and telling my listeners to be aware. Sadly, I can't give you no stars and have to at least give this incompetent company one star which is a plus for them.
