Certainly no virus problems since using TOTAL AV, and regular cleans etc seem to keep my laptop working well

Not sure why AV keep reminding me to write a review. This is the reason I have lowered their score, as after 24 hours how could I tell. They initially pestered me to upgrade and when I did they claimed an extra £5.67 for VAT after I had submitted my card details. This is fraudulent and I have written to them to cancel and refund my money. It's taken me five years to get an antivirus, and there is no such thing as FREE' but there is also no such thing as honesty anymore

I thought I had paid to be completely covered, but apparently I was not. Just looking for better protection & be COMPLETELY covered, any suggestions?

The advertisement said special $19.95 but I was charged $29.95 and then they wanted more money for all the functions. I will not sign up again because I can get programs with all the functions for less money. Other than that the functions I had worked fine.

I have been more than happy with my Total AV in regard to keeping my computer clean. The ONLY complaint is that I am NOT computer compliant there fore just certain parts of Total AV are (for me) just a little too complicated, but as a general rule it is GREAT!
