I have had no problems with my pc security since I installed Total AV, It is easy and self explanatory to use , well worth the money.
Why I gave Total AV four stars and not five, envisioning one change that would put it at five stars.

I like Total Av and have no issue with it, but I would have like to see one change in how pieces of Total AV are purchased. I feel that the security features are far too broken up. I think that it would be better to offer one package at a cost that provides one level of protection and another level that offers complete protection, using all available features. Right now you have to buy the lesser package, then pay for VPN, then pay again for ad blocking. It would make more sense to me to offer the lesser package only as a competitive prices and the whole rest of the package at a competitive price, including both VPN and Ad Protection. It makes it simpler and I feel that it would benefit both Total AV, benefit users and would put Total AV on...Näytä enemmän

Total AV was recommended to me by a friend, and it has been really great. I believe it works even better than the Norton products, and I have been a satisfied customer for two years now.
SCAM

I was charged $99 months after not wanting this any longer on my computer. I disputed with my bank and the still found in favor of the the merchant. I called TotalAV and a woman in India told me that there was nothing she could do since the charge was under dispute (it no long is) and there was no one I could speak to about it.

The "Manager" feature cleans up things so the increase in speed is instantly noticeable

Good anti-virus. Kinda of over protective firewall but was able to disable. No issues since. Catches things and allows me to review in case the quarantined items aren't actually threats.

The system works flawlessly. I however feel that the Vault should be included and not sold separately. If not for this small omission, I would have rated it 5 stars
Pop-up ads are invasive and unwanted

We're finding that we're getting pop-up ads for TotalAV on school computers, and can't seem to get them turned off. Ads keep popping back up when closed. We are not current customers. This type of invasive advertising is unacceptable, and indicative of a product and company that should not be trusted. Zero possibility we will ever try this product.

Changed over to a different security provider over 18 months ago and note that Total AV tried to tale € 184 out of my credit card account on numerous occasions over the last few months with 6 attempts this month again. Stay away from them and take care what credit card info you give them - Michael
True Thoughts

My experience is Total Av works well if every time I log on I clear the junk out! It works well for a while then after a short period of time the curser freezes up and I can't work my way out of that news item! the only way I can fix that is to shut the laptop down then, after about a five minute wait, Log on and clear out the junk again then after a while it does the same thing all over again. Thanks for letting me explain my problem. That is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 Thanks Paul
