I have had Total AV for two months now and the first issue was loading it to my laptop.
I hit up their support (was average) then followed the extra directions given. After that it loaded/installed.
For some reason now, I need to go into Task manager to start my security service or Total AV will not work. Lets see if I get auto renewed in 10 months or if my account expires like I want it to, but other than that its average on scale and seems to protect.
Three stars for now.

The total AV inerupts me when I'm reading my emal

Please think of a better time to interrupt my reading a email. You can clean out my computer when I'm NOT on it. Thank you for fixing my laptop computer! I have no idea why my computer doesn't function for at least three days?

I can't seem to access my password vault. Also, I don't see any passwords being entered when I access the site. WHY?

I have tried many AV products, tune ups, and a host of other softwares to ensure that my computer stays protected and that it is functioning efficiently and productively I think I have found this in Total AV! Other products have come up short as far as protecting my computer and all the bells and whistles that they deem are necessary for an optimum working machine. But also making it easy for me to do tune ups regularly and to do it without having to have a degree in Computer Science in which to do it. It's easy, it's effortless , it is completely user friendly. Touche! Great job! Time will tell if this program is here for the long run or if it too will succum to the recycle bin there to stay festering like so many others. Thanks!

You folks need to make AV work independantly instead of user having to engage VPN for instance. It shuts down after a period of time. also make other functions work on first click going there instead of having to select multiple boxes or buttons.

Total AV has become my preferred internet safety tool. I love having an antivirus tool with an incorporated VPN.
Well worth the money. Let's hope that Total AV keeps their prices affordable.

Love it ! Quick and easy to understand. Some other programs are so complicated it is hard to figure out what they are doing
