So easy and safe

Fed up with Norton's drain on my CPU power, I changed to TotalAV and am amazed. Its easy to use, reliable and doesn't slow things down like most of its competitors. Makes me wonder why I didnt change over sooner. Yes, the install offers upgrades which I declined, but I was able to add a couple later (like password vault) so easily. Loving the system currently.
Ad Blocking

As long as there is a 'sister' blocker our there in addition to the one that comes to us through the premium protection plan that provides more ad blocking than what is included, then the best I can give is 4 stars. Not saying that I have any issues directly with what is provided, however I have never been given a satisfactory answer to why this other Ad Blocker exists apart from this main one we have. I repeat, the Ad Blocker included in the premium is indeed satisfactory, in fact it is excellent, so no-one should hesitate from getting and using this Total AV. It is the perception that there is something more that bothers me. Other than that I do indeed have a 95% confidence level and 99% satisfaction level which may to most equate to 5 stars.

Quite honestly this product works efficently and simply. It is very unobtrusive it is nice to know that it is working quietly in the background and providing a first class protective layer to my devices.
Lots of Upselling

I guess it works well, I have not had any virus attacks. My big gripe is the upselling and how you have to call customer service to inactivate the auto-renewal. I do not always want the same antivirus, I like to look around each year and decide who is offering the most bang for the buck and most trustworthy.

Just renewed Total and have found a couple of problems thus far. In signing up for Total, I had trouble in doing so
1. Program kept telling me that my "old" address was taken (yes) and would not let me register to activate the program. I call three times to find a solution to this problem and was told (1) to change browser and this would allow me to start the program -- did not happen.
2. Call back and was told to start the sign up again from the initial sign up screen and that would solve the problem -- did not happen.
3. Call back and was told that if I started the sign up again, the program would pick up my email address and everything would work -- did not happen.
4. I finally closed down all my programs, changed my browser, and the...Näytä enemmän

I am into my 2nd year with Total AV and have had no problems what so ever . \it's there when I need it, and it does the job that it is supposed to do.
My appreciation for Total AV

It works beautifully on ally my connected devices. I use it though I can barely afford it.
