I like the support I received. Product also works great! I 'd expect a little more advise In order to make my laptop faster, with better performance (laptop with 8Gb RAM)

VPN Problem

The VPN keeps disconnecting after a short time. Why? I happily browse thinking I'm protected when I'm not.
Virus definitions out of date - or not ?

I find it increasingly annoying that I get a windows warting that my Total AV virus definitions are outdated. Then I start a check update and the AntiVirus Total AV says that the definitions are up to date. I try to reboot my PC but I am still getting the same error message. All other fuctions work fine. This is the only reason I rate with only three point fife stars in stead of five.

Hello, they charged me 10 times and NEVER sent even one code to use the program. When I attempted to "Chat" help they would not even try. BEWARE go to any company that either has real software or help. NOT THIS PRODUCT. It is a Phishing site.
