Bought this last week, my computer was worse than before I got it. So I asked them how could I stop my subscription, I didn't want to buy it again next year, they cancelled it on me. I tried to explain to them, I still want it for now because I just paid for t, but wouldn't listen, so I paid for it for 2 days, and lost my money...

Have a laptop that was overwhelmed with viruses and malwares. could not even power on, hard disk ran out of space due to unnecessary stuff on it and had to shelf it. When i got Total AV and installed on it, My laptop was reawakened and now works like new.

Very good customer service.very serious about keeping you and your digital world secure, it actually surprised me, so for couple $month most aggravating part will be entering your info they do rest.Dont wait til your phone or computer cant be trusted!!

My Love-Hate Relationship with Total AV

Let me start by saying that Total AV has helped me greatly, but the number one thing that I HATE about the service is that you have to pay $ for this, and $ for that, like ordering a meal in a restaurant. I would LOVE-LOVE-LOVE it if you would offer an all-in-one service that can do it all! Before Total AV, I used Norton. But Norton failed to block ransomeware which froze my system and led to losing access to my laptop for nearly a week and cost me a couple of hundred dollars to get back online and running smoothly. After doing my homework I discovered Total AV. But lately, I've been having issues with my browser freezing up, and just general performance issues. With what I paying now, I'm beginning to wonder if there isn't some other way t...Näytä enemmän

Total AV is great for security protection however they need to sort the glitch where it tells you that you are unprotected at the renewal subscription period each month, then until it refreshes you could fall into the trap of resubscribing and paying twice.
User friendly

Have been using TotalAV for 3 years and haven't had any issues or viruses. Definitely worth the price which is very competitive.
