Problem with other laptop

Other laptop has a problem which slows it down very slow too bad to use. I scanned several time with Total AV and say no problem, seems like going in a loop or something.
Uses up all my CPU's and memory, it has Windows 7 and I don't want to put money in it

ill give 4-5 because i hate going from one think to another why not just press all button for scan and tune up computer

Very goоd except pop ups

Very good antivirus, excellent staff.
But whenever a Total AV pop up window "pops up", clicking the "x" on the box pops up the full Total AV window; quite annoying to have to close Total AV twice.

Stop the advertisements!

I purchased Adblocker from Total AV and I am still getting numerous advertisements braking in on what I am doing and knocks me out of the file I am in. If you cannot follow through with the Adblocker which I paid for please refund me my money and I will purchase it elsewhere. This is disgusting, to say the least, to be in the middle of doing something and those advertisements block me out and I have to start all over again. Get these stopped immediately, or expect my payment returned. I have mentioned this to you before, but you have not done anything to stop the advertisements interrupting my work. Fran G.

Web Security failure

About two months ago Web Security failed and has not been able to connect since. Failure notice says "not connected" even though I can still surf the web. Every thing else seems to be working but I am blocked from a rising number of locations for not allowing "private information" such as credit card number, street address or cell phone number. I do not have a cell phone.
